Refund policy

Introduction

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from https://pcexperts.in/. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we have outlined our refund and return policy below.

Returns

If you wish to return a product, you may do so within 7 days of receiving the product. Customer must keep the product(s) in original condition, with brand outer box, MRP tags/stickers intact, user manual, warranty cards and all original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return. We reserve the right to deny returns for products that have been damaged, altered, or used.

You can return the product by visiting our physical store. If not, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of shipping and handling for the returned product. Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your return. If your return is approved, we will notify, within 7 business days. 

Replacement

We only replace items if they are DOA ( Dead On Arrival), faulty, defective or damaged when received. If you wish to replace a product, please contact us within 7 days of the date of receipt of the product, if the product is applicable for replacement. To be eligible for a replacement, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it(with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein). We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will provide you a replacement product, if the product qualifies for replacement. You can visit our physical store to replace the product, if applicable.

If the product you purchased has been discontinued and we are unable to provide a replacement, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product, excluding any shipping and handling fees.

Refunds(if Applicable)

We offer refunds for products, excluding any shipping and handling fees, in case they are returned within 7 days of receiving the product and if the product that was purchased has been discontinued and we are unable to provide a replacement. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it(with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein). You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. You can visit our offline store to return the product. Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 15 business days.

If you are requesting for a Refund once the Order is placed, 3% of the Order value will be deducted as surcharges / gateway charges and the remaining amount will be credited to your account.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, you may do so within 2 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it(with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein). Exchange of the product should be done by visiting our physical store. Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your exchange. If your exchange is approved, we will provide new product to you. If the product is exchanged for a different product of higher price value, the difference amount should be paid by the customer. Only then the exchange product would be provided to the customer.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a DOA(Dead On Arrival), damaged or defective product, please Contact Us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Raising a request anytime after 24 hours of order delivery will result in it being rejected. We will provide instructions on how to return the product and will offer a refund or replacement of the product depending on the conditions mentioned in refund and return policy. If the product is found to be defective after 2 days from the date of delivery, the product may be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty information for details. Request against a returned product which is found to be functioning well, as per its product documentation, will be rejected.

Late or missing refunds

We will refund within 10 working days from the date of request for a refund. It can take up to 7 working days to reflect in your account (original source) after refund from our end.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Non-Returnable Products

Certain products are non-returnable, including but not limited to software, digital products and consumables such as ink cartridges and batteries. The product description would contain the information if the product is applicable for a return or not.

Out of Stock

If product is not in stock, we hold every right to cancel the order without prior intimation to customer. In the event of Out Of Stock, full amount will be refunded to customer.

Warranty Terms

All products sold by us will have information about its warranty in the product description. Where the words “Direct Warranty” or “Manufacturer Warranty” are mentioned it means warranty is direct by Manufacturer / Distributor. We request the customer to send the copy of our invoice and delivery challan for warranty purposes always when there is a service problem for products. Shipping charges (To & Fro) to service center has to be borne by the customer.

Goods once sold will be accepted for warranty repair / replacement only if they are in good physical condition. Products with broken / burnt pins, pen / pencil markings, cracks, missing / tampered components / warranty stickers damaged will be rejected and considered warranty void in above conditions. Warranty clause stand void for damage caused due to mishandling of equipments for any reasons causing damage of the products like lack of knowledge, improper handling, electricity problem etc., on the basis that under normal condition there would have been no damage of the product.

Warranty is against manufacturing defects only, and as per manufacturers warranty policy. In case manufacturer has local service centre, then for warranty the customer has to approach the service center directly with the purchase details. Products under warranty will either be repaired or replaced as per manufacturer/ supplier warranty policy.

We reserve the right to reject material received for warranty without accessories, manuals, Software CD’s / DVD’s & outer box packing. Warranty service will be given only where the full payment is made on the due date.
